International Independent Institute of Mathematics and Systems “M&S” supports availability of scientific information to students and undergraduates, graduate students and doctoral candidates, young and skilled scientists, representatives of the enterprises and the organizations who are interested in receiving the newest modern scientific knowledge of various directions and follow the development of modern science.

The scientific publication follows open access policy. All information of the research and publication format is available to interested persons on the Internet.

Users have ability to search, study, copy to data storage devices, upload and make links, as well as distribute complete texts of published scientific works in electronic and paper format for the colleagues. The “open access” format simplifies search by robots-indexers that allows to trace quotes on these manuscripts. Work with scientific literature is available on the free basis without legal and technical barriers from the publisher.

The main term of use of scientific articles for own purposes is to maintain the integrity of an article and authorship of the researcher, who owns this scientific work and the indication of links to the original source. The author has the right to control implementation of these terms, lodge a complaint to the user if the agreement was violated.

The final decision on the admission the manuscript to publication or its rejection is taken by the Editorial Board of publication and based on conclusions of independent experts and the conclusion of the “Antiplagiarism” system.  In case of detection of numerous loans of previously published materials the editorial staff acts in accordance with the rules of COPE. If the author uses earlier published materials in the article, it is necessary to include references to them in the bibliographic list.

When submitting a manuscript to the Editorial Board, all the personal data (names, addresses and e-mails of the author’s team) are transferred as well. The editorial staff guarantees using this data only for purposes of publication and excludes the transfer to the third parties as well as using data for personal purposes. The materials of research received from the author can’t be used for deriving profit or be disclosed. They can be sent to unauthorized persons only with the written permission of the author.

Reviewers are scientists with experience in this field of expertise, without conflict of interest, joint efforts or other partnerships with author to ensure the objective assessment of scientific work.
