Delivery of the ordered issue or journal numbers (the quantity is specified in the order) is carried out by the postal delivery service of the recipient country, as well as by the national postal services of the countries that were indicated by the client as the delivery address. Prices are set in accordance with the pricing policy of the above-mentioned services, as well as the national postal services of the customer countries.
If the ordered journal does not match the characteristics that are indicated on the website, the Customer is entitled to a 100% financial refund of the order price.
The return of the order is possible within 15 days after the actual receipt of the order. Refunds to the Customer, in this case, are made within 10 working days after submitting an application to the organization’s email address email@example.com.
